Pune (Maharashtra) [India]: The Association of Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology (ABTC) has played a pivotal role in elevating the beauty sector to an academic status. For the past 40 years, this organization has been empowering thousands of women financially by providing professional training in aesthetics.
Recently, a two-day State-Level Aesthetics Conference was organized in Pune under the leadership of the association’s newly elected Chairperson, Anjali Joshi. During this conference, industry experts Manish Jaani and other expert aestheticians conducted sessions on skin anatomy and skin analysis. They demonstrated advanced paramedical treatments utilizing Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to tackle modern skin issues caused by pollution and changing lifestyles.
Assistant Commissioner of Police (Khandala), Smita Jadhav, attended the closing ceremony of the conference as the chief guest. To ensure that the benefits of the organization’s training reach small towns and rural areas alongside major cities, several members were appointed as State Coordinators.
Chief Guest Smita Jadhav officially presented the coordinator appointments to Sujata Bodke (Mumbai), Sayli Mehta (Ahilyanagar), Pratiksha Kanse (Satara), Suman Shrigadi (Ahilyanagar), Pooja Mahale (Kalyan), Asmita Bhate (Sangli), Sujata Sutar (Ichalkaranji), Swati Kadam (Ishwarpur), Nayana Parulekar (Kolhapur), Swati Oak (Satara), Swati Kapse (Parbhani), and Deepali Jagtap (Sambhaji Nagar). President Smita Deo, Treasurer Namrata Gaud, Secretary Vandana Jagtap, Deepa Bhagvat & Bina Chetty (Education Incharge),Geeta pardeshi & Rashmi Tapkir (Program Incharge), Rakhi Rathod & Neesha Bhandare(Sub Committee Member) of ABTC were present at the event.
