The Great Mango Festival 2025 Kicks Off with a Sweet Start!

Happy Guests, Global Visitors, and a Day of Sweet Celebrations at Hanu Reddy Raghava Farms

Chennai, (Tamil Nadu) [India], June 03, 2025 – The inaugural Sunday of The Great Mango Festival 2025, hosted by Hanu Reddy Mango Tourism, began with a heartwarming blend of excitement, laughter, and the unmistakable aroma of ripe mangoes. Held at Hanu Reddy Raghava Farms near Guduvanchery, the festival welcomed a vibrant mix of local and international visitors.

The immersive celebration invited families, friends, and groups from various clubs and corporates to rediscover the charm of Indian culture and heritage—where mangoes were the heroes, and every corner of the farm offered a fresh delight to explore.

Adding to the festive spirit was the presence of several dignitaries and cultural enthusiasts from around the world. Their participation highlighted the festival’s growing global appeal and celebrated the mango as a fruit of joy, connection, and shared heritage.

Inclusivity at Its Heart

As part of the festival’s commitment to community and inclusivity, 50 underprivileged students were invited to join the day’s activities—giving them a chance to enjoy the farm experience, savor a mangolicious breakfast by Pushpa’s Kitchen, and participate in games and experiences that are often out of reach. Their laughter, curiosity, and bright smiles added a beautiful layer of meaning to the event’s mission.

What Guests Experienced

The day kicked off with a mango-infused buffet breakfast served along the iconic 156-ft-long Hanu’s Table, built from reclaimed trees felled during Cyclone Vardah—a powerful symbol of resilience and renewal. Guests then spread across the lush farm to experience more than 25 curated activities, including:

Families, fitness enthusiasts, food lovers, and even furry companions (yes, it’s pet-friendly!) all found something special to enjoy.
